Mattest - Quality Testing for the Construction Industry

About Us

Mattest was established in 1991 in Belfast as a commercial materials testing laboratory. The company currently has three permanent laboratories located in Dublin, Belfast and Cork, which enable it to provide an Ireland-wide service for its customers. Mattest has also had dedicated site laboratories established on major civil engineering and road construction projects throughout Ireland. The Belfast laboratory is UKAS accredited, and the Dublin and Cork laboratories are accredited by INAB. Mattest can also provide fully UKAS- or INAB-accredited site laboratories. See details of the company's accreditations here.

Its key staff are all experienced in materials testing and have been working in this industry, or associated industries, for many years.

Mattest has successfully been involved in many major projects in both Ireland and Great Britain for many major contractors and material suppliers, and continues to do so with the same degree of commitment as ever.

A materials consultancy and advising service completes the Mattest customer package.

Customers who choose Mattest are assured of an efficient and reliable service, which includes the prompt and accurate reporting of test results.
