Mattest was established in 1991 in Belfast as a commercial materials testing laboratory. The company currently has three permanent laboratories located in Dublin, Belfast and Cork, which enable it to provide an Ireland-wide service for its customers. Mattest has also had dedicated site laboratories established on major civil engineering and road construction projects throughout Ireland. The Belfast laboratory is UKAS accredited, and the Dublin and Cork laboratories are accredited by INAB. Mattest can also provide fully UKAS- or INAB-accredited site laboratories.
